About this Event:

Experience the deeply restorative blend of guided meditation and Reiki energy healing in this unique and calming event.

We will begin with a brief discussion about the healing benefits of Reiiki and meditation, and how these powerful practices can support your journey toward greater health and wellness. I'll also share how they've personally supported my own path. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you settle fully into your body and breath.

As you relax, we’ll move into a guided meditation that leads you down a peaceful path to a healing forest—where you’ll receive the Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki – Empowered by the River of Peace experience. This Reiki healing energy is focused on helping you release anxieties and fears.

This is a safe, nurturing space for deep rest, renewal, and connection to your inner peace.

What You’ll Experience:
