About this Event:

Experience the deeply restorative blend of guided meditation and Reiki energy healing in this unique and calming event.

We’ll begin with a brief discussion about the healing benefits of Reiki and meditation, and how these powerful practices have supported my own journey and how they can support yours too. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you settle fully into your body and breath.

As you relax, we’ll move into a guided meditation that leads you down a peaceful path to a healing forest—where you’ll receive the Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki – Empowered by the River of Peace experience.

This is a safe, nurturing space for deep rest, renewal, and connection to your inner peace.

What You’ll Experience:

-An introduction to the healing benefits of Reiki and meditation
-Gentle breathwork and grounding practices
-A deeply relaxing guided imagery meditation

-Time for reflection and journaling

What to Bring:

Yoga mats and cushions will be provided, but you’re encouraged to bring:
-A cozy blanket or shawl
-Your favorite pillow or bolster
-Water and anything else that helps you feel supported lying on the floor
