To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain an efficient schedule, the following policy applies:

Please note that when you book an appointment, I reserve dedicated time in my schedule and secure a treatment room at AcuPUNKture specifically for your session.

Because room reservations require advance notice, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, I am still responsible for the room rental fee, whether the session takes place or not.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments which follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for everyone involved, please plan accordingly and be on time.
