In the effort to share the knowledge that I have learned on my journey towards health and wellness, I started this resource page with a collection of different information that has helped me along the way..
My clients often ask, "How do I keep my chakras clear and the energy flowing".
Chakras are energy centers within our body. There are seven major chakras that are located along your spine. Each corresponds to certain nerve bundles and major organs. Your chakras need to stay balanced to function at their best. If a chakra becomes blocked you may experience physical or emotional symptoms.
Some of the things you can do for yourself to keep your energy centers balanced and flowing are yoga, meditation, & breath work. Also spending time out in nature in a forested space, practicing grounding techniques, eating healthy, practicing gratitude & mindfulness or simply taking time out to relax can start to get your balance back in check.
Reiki is also a great way to keep your chakras balanced and the energy flowing. This healing modality is available for everyone to learn. If learning does not interest you, receiving a Reiki treatment from a practitioner is a great choice.
You may have heard the term mind, body, soul this refers to giving each area of your body the attention it needs to live a full balanced life. Ahead I share resources, techniques, and healing modalities that have helped me over the years.
